Secure Contract Repository
When you need to reference an agreement, can you access the document you need, when and where you need it? With Mumboe, you can store all of your agreements in a secure contract repository and can access them anywhere you have an Internet connection.
Upload agreements
You can upload agreements into Mumboe with just a few clicks. Choose the agreement from your desktop or network, and click the upload button. Mumboe uses optical character recognition (OCR) technology to scan the text and automatically creates a PDF of your document.
- Supporting Documentation: Agreements often include many different documents such as supporting exhibits, amendments and other documents. Mumboe lets you attach these supporting documents to your agreement record, so you never have to search for that missing page.
Dropbox
The Dropbox feature allows users to email information and documents directly into Mumboe. Each user has a personal Dropbox with four unique email addresses that allow for a variety of options.View the tutorial

Personalize Your View
To quickly find the agreement you need, you can choose whether to view agreements in folders or a list of all agreements. You can personalize your view further by adding or hiding columns, and rearranging the order in which they appear with drag and drop ease.
